Scary Skinny

The Paparazzo recently snapped these photos of Lohan out and about in L.A., causing quite a stir about her bony frame. The public seems to blame Lindsays's ex girlfriend, Samantha Ronson for the pounds lost, but back in 2006, Lohan was just as, if not more skin and bones. Is it drugs? Depression? Anorexia? I say all of the above.

Lindsay isn't the only one under scrutiny about her body. Tori Spelling has also been suspected of anorexia, after she dropped the baby weight from her second child. Tori denies all of the rumors and acknowledges that she is thin in pictures. Spelling also confessed to US Weekly magazine that she feels the pressure to be thinner.

"You're out there; your picture is in every magazine. They're looking at you from every angle, no matter what you do, you have to be careful getting out of cars now because they shoot up your skirt. Everything has to look good, and of course, there's pressure to do so. I definitely feel it."

Allegra Versace and Rachel Zoe are more examples of "scary skinny."

The Castle on the Cliff

Featured in Architectual Digest and voted one of the best hotels in the world, Castle on the Cliff in Plettenburg Bay of South Africa is cozy, eccentric and grand. My dear friend Sienna Crawford's family owns this wonderful home and rents it out when they are not on holiday. Rates are quite pricy, but the visits are completely staffed with a chef, gardner, and housekeeping. Breathtaking views, cushions layed out on the clifftop terrace to sunbathe, and complimentary breakfast make this holiday home exquisite and unique. Another amazing feature that Plettenburg Bay has to offer is the amazing sunshine and nature reserve ideal for hikes with plenty of rivers, lagoons, forests, and mountains. I LOVE these clothes! The ad campaign reminds me of something out of urban outfitters, but a little more edgier and fun. Top Shop could definately represent this too. I checked out their official web page, wildfox.com, and found more of their collections and a little bit about the young desginers. They describe Wildfox as an

"American vintage-inspired women’s knitwear brand. Combining great style and unsurpassed quality.." They have a blog too and they went to Coachella! Big time ravers yay! :D

Its a new day for me.... only 3 weeks left of school and then its summer time! and my birthday! and California and Cabo! Its going to be a nice green summer too :D
